Amanda Pennington Ketchum -

Overview: 

Mandy's practice focuses on civil litigation, primarily personal injury defense and employment litigation. She is meticulous with regard to her investigation of accidents and claims.  She has extensive experience litigating cases from accident investigation through trial.

Mandy is the Managing Director of Dysart Taylor and has served in this capacity since 2015.

Mandy is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas.

Prior to joining Dysart Taylor, Mandy attended William Jewell College on  basketball and track scholarships, and then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.

 

Experience: 
  • Provided representation to businesses in various personal injury claims, including:
    • Slip and fall injuries
    • Wrongful death actions
    • Automobile collisions
    • Food borne illnesses
  • Represented numerous clients before the EEOC, MCHR and KHRC with regard to unlawful employment practices
  • Counseled clients regarding non-compete agreements and separation agreements
  • Represented clients with regard to worker’s compensation and Second Injury Fund claims
