Frank W. (Bill) Taylor, Jr. - Of Counsel
Since joining the firm in 1958, Bill has had considerable experience in practicing transportation, real estate, corporate and environmental law. In his corporate practice, he served as legal counsel and advisor to numerous business entities nationwide. He has assisted with mergers and acquisitions, formation of new business entities, and the handling of final liquidation matters for corporations terminating operations. Bill also serves as a trustee for several large distribution and building entity development businesses.
His real estate experience includes Section 1031 matters, property development, sales and acquisitions, and working with lenders and title companies in connection with the transactions.
Bill also has environmental experience which includes advising clients on removal of underground storage tanks, the handling and processing of remediation, dealing with various state regulatory environmental agencies regarding remediation, closure and reimbursement.
